1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only for products damaged during shipment.
- To claim a refund, customers must provide a complete unboxing video.
2. Unboxing Video Requirements
- The video must be recorded from start to finish without any cuts or edits.
- It should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The unboxing process
- The damaged product
3. Verification Process
- Once we receive your claim, our team will review the unboxing video.
- If the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed.
4. Refund Amount
- Approved claims will receive 50% of the product cost.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Return/Claim Window
- Customers must raise a return or refund request within 6 days of delivery.
- Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
6. Important Notes
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.
- The decision of the verification team will be final.
