1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for products damaged during shipment.
  • To claim a refund, customers must provide a complete unboxing video.

2. Unboxing Video Requirements

  • The video must be recorded from start to finish without any cuts or edits.
  • It should clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The unboxing process
    • The damaged product

3. Verification Process

  • Once we receive your claim, our team will review the unboxing video.
  • If the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed.

4. Refund Amount

  • Approved claims will receive 50% of the product cost.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return/Claim Window

  • Customers must raise a return or refund request within 6 days of delivery.
  • Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

6. Important Notes

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.
  • The decision of the verification team will be final.
